Quando mia madre è arrivata per la prima volta a Pj Care, i gestori e il personale erano fantastici, il livello di assistenza era fantastico. Anche se mia madre è quasi morta per mano di casa quando le è stato somministrato il farmaco sbagliato e ha smesso di ricevere il farmaco salvavita. Toby, Bogdon e jesssica sono stati fantastici però.
Recentemente mia madre è stata dimessa dalla casa di cura e un nuovo manager è subentrato, da allora abbiamo trovato la comunicazione atroce. Abbiamo telefonato più volte per trasmettere un messaggio al direttore, ma non possiamo mai parlare con lei e non ci ricontatta mai.

Ero una badante qui. Non portare mai i tuoi amati familiari qui, non forniscono, amano cure o protezione. La cura è orribile, trascurata e robotica. I lavoratori sono molto bravi a fingere di prestare assistenza. Suggerisco di tenere telecamere nascoste nella stanza della tua famiglia. Sono interessati solo all'aspetto del denaro. Se una buona badante o una buona infermiera si presenta per cambiare questo posto in meglio, ti sminuiscono, ti danno una falsa colpa e ti licenziano. Se lavorassi di nuovo qui porterei il panorama con me!
