Ho affittato un loft con 1 camera da letto per $ 2100 al mese, appartamento decente. Nessuna manutenzione, nessun servizio di blocco, nessuna risposta a nulla. Le aree comuni dell'edificio sono sporche. La spazzatura viene portata fuori tramite l'ascensore residente e versata su tutto il pavimento e nessuno la pulisce. La lavatrice e i tintori sono uno scherzo, la drogheria di Market Street è accanto e fa costantemente feste e la mia camera condivide un muro con loro. Anche la drogheria lascia la spazzatura sul marciapiede per giorni. Anche le persone urinano all'ingresso principale e ovviamente non viene mai pulito, quindi ogni volta che entri o esci cammini attraverso l'urina. L'agente di noleggio David Farkas non può essere disturbato da nulla. I ratti corrono dilaganti nel seminterrato, escrementi dappertutto. Guarda altrove !!!
