Ho richiamato e spiegato i sintomi e le donne della reception hanno detto che non potevo fissare un appuntamento a meno che non avesse detto che andava bene. Non è così che funzionano gli appuntamenti medici. Ho richiamato e ha detto che voleva indirizzarmi da qualche altra parte perché è complicato senza nemmeno vedere una foto o vedere la mia faccia di persona! Disgustoso
