Mia madre ha preso il Covid-19 e dopo il trattamento dall'ospedale locale, Pinnacle Home Health è stata assegnata al suo caso. Erano molto professionali e si sono presi cura di mia madre quando sono venuti. Il mio problema è che hanno interrotto le cure e gli appuntamenti durante un periodo in cui aveva ancora problemi medici. Durante le 2 settimane sono usciti due volte a settimana. La terza settimana mia madre ha scoperto che non solo era ancora risultata positiva al Covid-19, ma aveva anche una polmonite batterica. L'infermiera che è venuta le ha detto che le avrebbero ridotto le visite una volta alla settimana. Ero fuori dalla stanza quando l'ha detto o l'avrebbe messo in dubbio. Mia madre ha ancora il Covid e la polmonite e le tagli le visite? Poi la settimana successiva mia madre non stava ancora migliorando, ho fissato un appuntamento con il suo dottore. L'infermiera è uscita il giorno prima dell'appuntamento e sapeva che mia madre era ancora malata, ma da allora non ho più avuto loro notizie e cioè 2 settimane fa. Non sanno nemmeno cosa sia successo dopo la visita del dottore. Il dottore scoprì che mia madre aveva contratto l'influenza B e l'infezione del tratto urinario. Sapevano che mia madre era ancora malata e l'hanno interrotta senza che nessuno lo sapesse. Questo non è Care, ma solo fare ciò che la tua azienda deve fare per riscuotere Medicare Payment, è così che mi sento.
