Ho deciso che avrei dovuto mangiare prima di prendere il mio volo di 4 ore per Seattle, camminando fino all'ingresso di PHX Beer Co. Sono stato accolto (non salutato), suppongo, dalla cameriera? Ha letteralmente alzato gli occhi al cielo e in un appartamento molto non mi interessa questo lavoro la voce mi dice di sedermi dove c'è un menu. Detto questo, ruotò sulla pianta del piede e si allontanò. E così ho fatto io. La mia lamentela è interamente con la persona che questa struttura ha scelto di rappresentarli. Spero che rivalutino presto quella decisione.

I camerieri sono molto gentili. Il ragazzo dietro il bar sembra più interessato a parlare con le signore sedute al bar che a fare il suo lavoro. Ci sono voluti letteralmente 15 minuti per prendere una birra e ci sono 12 persone in tutto il posto. Due stelle, una per la gustosa birra e una per la cameriera. Meno tre stelle per il barista.
