Call center irrispettosi e autisti di autobus irrispettosi mentono, vengono e se ne vanno quando non lo faranno Mi dispiace davvero per i clienti che devono viaggiare con questa compagnia se dipendesse da me mi assicurerò che nessun cliente debba mai farlo trattare di nuovo con questa azienda questo come molto triste quindi chiama compagnia

Mio figlio Gregg ha guidato gli autobus Petermann alla Breyer School e al Beckman Adult Center negli ultimi 38 anni. Ha amato tutti i suoi autisti di autobus nel corso degli anni. Interagiscono sempre con Gregg e noi su base giornaliera. Sono molto rispettosi e non ho mai avuto problemi nemmeno con l'ufficio al telefono. Ho appena incontrato tre autobus Petermann sulla I75 nel traffico intenso. Rimasero vicini a ciascuno rendendo impossibile la fusione. Il traffico era a malapena in movimento, quindi il traffico proveniente dalla rampa ha dovuto cercare di infilarsi dal primo autobus, che ha cercato di impedire, o aspettare l'ultimo autobus. Autisti poco professionali e maleducati.
