Se fosse solo una cosa sarebbe più facile scrivere un buon rapporto, ma con questo particolare gruppo è l'unica cattiva notizia dalla mia esperienza.
Ecco alcune cose che trovo inquietanti al punto da farmi arrabbiare.
-L'immagine che hai non corrisponde all'attuale indirizzo attuale.
-Il numero che hanno in linea è inutilizzabile e non funziona scoraggiando le persone dal contattarli.
-I tre numeri che hanno per la loro costruzione non funzionano.
- Occupano due piani dell'edificio rendendo difficile parlare con un rappresentante
-Accettano solo assegni o vaglia postali lasciando un metodo online impossibile da usare.
-La scrivania frount nella hall al piano terra non ha un modo valido per contattare l'ufficio.
-Quando sono stati pagati con assegno, ci sono voluti fino a otto giorni per cancellare i pagamenti delle commissioni rischiando di prelevare il mio conto non una o due volte ma ogni volta che ho pagato con assegno (tre giorni per spedire un giorno per cancellare correttamente quattro giorni)
La mia opinione su questo istituto, anche se è un'organizzazione che cerca di smascherare le frodi e restituire i soldi sprecati al burocrate, finisce per utilizzare le stesse pratiche corrotte che stanno cercando di abbattere.
Maby non tutta l'organizzazione, ma il modo in cui è attualmente progettata mi fa pensare che funzioni in modo molto simile a un -ipocrita-
