Ho inviato una richiesta di cancellazione il 19 dicembre 2019 e fino ad oggi ho cercato di risolvere l'ordine di addebito 4 che è passato attraverso il mio account a gennaio e febbraio. (2 da Paybay e 2 da Bidvest, in totale R1863)
Jade Arries mi stava assistendo e aveva promesso di contattare Bidvest (il loro partner) e tornare indietro. Tuttavia, nel momento in cui la tua macchina per le carte è stata restituita loro, questa società è semplicemente svanita dalla terra, nessuno risponde alle mie chiamate, nessuno risponde alle mie e-mail.
Avevo inviato a Jade Arries numerose e-mail a giugno e avevo chiesto di visionare il mio contratto originale, le aveva ignorate tutte.
NON USARE QUESTA AZIENDA, tutto ciò che vogliono è rubare i tuoi soldi.

È assolutamente patetico quanto sia scadente questo servizio. A causa di errori nel loro sistema, ho ricevuto pagamenti rifiutati più volte nei negozi che utilizzano questo servizio. Oggi ho persino avuto la mia carta bloccata poiché è stata utilizzata più volte per provare a effettuare il pagamento - questo ha avvisato la mia banca di attività fraudolente e ora mi rimane il conto per risolverlo, senza i prodotti che volevo acquistare, e un profondo senso di fastidio. Questo tipo di servizio scadente ha un impatto irreparabile sulle aziende e sulla loro reputazione. Sicuramente, questo non può essere accettabile!

La mia azienda utilizza paybay dal 2015, non ha avuto problemi reali. La risposta dell'help desk quando necessario e di altro personale è sempre stata rapida senza problemi. I servizi offerti sono incredibili. I costi del servizio sono molto ragionevoli. I terminali funzionano a batteria, il che significa che quando la polvere si scarica possiamo ancora operare come punto vendita al dettaglio completamente funzionante, QUESTO È UN GRANDE PLUS per una PMI come myslef.
