Sono lieto di sapere che un'azienda non chiederà a un dipendente un incidente prima di licenziarlo. Sono stato licenziato per quello che ha affermato un cliente, quando NON ho avuto NESSUNA interazione con quella persona che ha presentato la falsa richiesta.

Questa azienda SUCCHIA !! Un dottore mi ha tirato fisicamente il suo distintivo in faccia e quasi mi ha colpito e mi hanno licenziato !!! Perché è un dottore e tutto quello che ho fatto è stato dirgli di disinfettare le mani e cambiarsi la maschera prima che possa entrare nell'edificio !! Derek mi ha licenziato! L'intera azienda è poco professionale, non consiglierei mai nessuno a questa azienda !!

L'azienda stessa è estremamente disorganizzata. Non c'è assolutamente alcuna comunicazione tra supervisore e dipendenti. Modifiche dell'ultimo minuto al programma costantemente. La paga è il salario minimo. Nessun beneficio per la salute offerto.

Questa mattina ho avuto la sfortunata circostanza di infortunarmi al ginocchio e alla caviglia. Quando sono arrivato, l'infermiera, il medico, l'assistente medico, il volontario e il paziente associato sono stati più che gentili e professionali. Tuttavia, tutto è cambiato quando ho incontrato un autista cameriere ispanico di sesso femminile, dai capelli scuri. Era scortese, irrispettosa, poco professionale, inarticolata, minacciosa, combattiva, sprezzante e antigienica. Ha minacciato di chiamare la sicurezza quando ero attitudinale con lei quando il suo supervisore, gentile e professionale, ha riportato le mie chiavi ma non la patente. Anche la guardia di sicurezza è stata gentile e rispettosa. Come studentessa pre-medica, ombra, volontaria e dipendente di Denver Health, è una vergogna. La sua disposizione non è in linea con la missione e i valori dell'organizzazione e dovrebbe essere terminata. Grazie per il tuo tempo.
