Sfortunatamente ho pensato che sarebbe stato conveniente dato che si trova nello stesso edificio dello studio del mio medico MA i dipendenti sono sbadati, scortesi e semplicemente incompetenti!
Il mio dottore ha chiamato la mia ricetta e quando sono andato in farmacia a prenderli le medicine non erano pronte. Poi mi ha detto di tornare tra venti minuti, ancora non pronta. Poi ho insistito che li avessi già ritirati, o forse li ha messi per posta, QUESTA ERA LA STESSA PERSONA CHE MI HA APPENA DETTO DI DARE I SUOI VENTI MINUTI IN MODO CHE POSSA RIEMPIRE LA RX CHE MI HA DETTO CHE ERA PRONTA AL TELEFONO. Sono partito e sono dovuto tornare un altro giorno per prendere le mie medicine. Quel giorno ho chiamato e mi hanno riattaccato due volte. Finalmente ho chiamato qualcuno al telefono e ho chiesto se le mie medicine erano pronte, lei ha detto SÌ. Ha iniziato a parlare delle medicine sbagliate! Qualcosa che avevo già notato quasi una settimana fa per il mio raffreddore e la congestione del torace. Dopo essere entrato nella stessa pagina ho chiesto se le mie "nuove" medicine erano pronte, lei ha detto SÌ. Poi ho chiesto se la borsa era nelle sue mani. No. Allora le ho chiesto di controllare fisicamente che la ricetta fosse compilata e pronta per il ritiro. Non lo era. Ha detto che sarebbero stati pronti "oggi". Ho chiesto se lo stesse riempiendo adesso. Mi ha messo in attesa. Passa del tempo e lei torna al telefono e dice di averlo fatto. Le ho chiesto l'importo del copay quindi so che ha dovuto metterlo nel computer PERCHÉ A QUESTO PUNTO NON MI SENTO PIÙ POTUTO AFFIDARMI A LEI DICE CHE HA COMPLETATO IL COMPITO. Ha dato le informazioni. Ho aspettato ancora un'ora, in realtà ho aspettato quattro giorni per prendere le mie medicine dal primo giorno in cui mi hanno detto che erano pronte, per prenderle. Sposterò le mie prescrizioni in un'altra farmacia non solo per comodità ma onestamente per la mia sicurezza.
