Gli do 1 stella in base all'esperienza con il club, questo club è come la maggior parte in Orillia Troverai i membri esecutivi che parlano di giochi e fanno soldi, ma nessun coinvolgimento del consiglio per aiutare a meno che $ non cambi di mano. Il club non sta investendo soldi nello sviluppo del programma di calcio di Orillia, i dirigenti sono vecchi che non forniscono uniformi economiche senza nome, palline da 5 anni a buon mercato e non abbastanza per allenarsi o giocare. Le squadre in viaggio non pagano nulla in più, non ci sono divise migliori come gli altri club o allenamenti aggiuntivi. La maggior parte dei club fa extra per le squadre u come innisfil, bracebridge o barrie do per le squadre U orillia salta e salva. Il club ha bisogno di una buona revisione e sposta tutti i soggetti coinvolti al vertice della vecchia guardia dietro i soldi e si ferma con le offerte della porta di servizio a chi fornisce le divise e investe nel club e nel marchio di alleggerimento orillia. Barrie ha attraversato un brutto periodo ed è tornato più forte a causa della corruzione. Orillia sta lottando in ogni fascia d'età come un club di calcio e altri club lo sanno, ODS è orzo appeso a un club, le sue nuove persone ad orillia lo mantengono in vita ma vengono per un anno e poi se ne vanno ... enorme aumento delle iscrizioni nei dintorni aree e il pensiero di orillia è che se non sei felice prendi la tua palla di Tim e vai altrove a giocare a calcio, di nuovo la mentalità da vecchia guardia che si lamenta cade nel vuoto. Dico che risparmia i tuoi soldi vai con oro, Warminster, wasaga beach, rama o bracebridge se il tuo locale per la lega casalinga otterrai un valore migliore $ e un club che ti sostiene come giocatore. Se stai cercando un team di sviluppo, vai a Barrie, purtroppo non troverai un team decente in Orilia. ODS non può reclutare giocatori di qualità che non sanno come reclutare giocatori dalla lega interna o far tornare i giocatori. Il club è davvero allo sfascio da nessun allenatore in timbri, squadre di campionato di casa che sono accatastate e giocatori di qualità insufficienti per le squadre di tutte le età. Inoltre non hanno allenatori sufficienti o di qualità per le squadre e non pagheranno per la formazione degli allenatori. Troppi club stanno spingendo i genitori a far cadere centinaia di genitori in un programma di coaching amatoriale non pagato e $ 20 made in China kit e orillia è uno dei peggiori in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo. Hanno più squadre di viaggio e ricreative di qualsiasi altro entro 30 minuti da Orillia. Formano bene i loro arbitri, pagano gli allenatori volontari per seguire i corsi e hanno un programma entry level davvero forte. Le quote di iscrizione sono basse, rispetto a quasi tutti gli altri sport.
