Qualche tempo fa ho portato un frigorifero di marca EB (doppia porta in vetro) per il mio bar di casa, costava più dei frigoriferi standard ma era più economico da usare. La garanzia era di 12 mesi e al segno di 14 mesi ho avuto un problema quando la temperatura nel frigorifero è andata e ha congelato tutto il contenuto della mia bevanda che successivamente è esplosa.

Ho contattato Orford in diverse occasioni e lasciato messaggi al rappresentante di vendita per richiamarmi ma mi hanno evitato come la peste, alla fine hanno chiamato con un nome diverso in modo da rispondere alla mia chiamata e quando ho spiegato gli eventi che erano accaduti mi hanno praticamente cancellato perché il frigorifero era fuori garanzia (da 2 mesi).

Posso apprezzare il periodo di garanzia ma quando acquisti un frigorifero commerciale (caro) e lo uso solo in un ambiente domestico ti aspetteresti che duri più di 14 mesi, soprattutto perché ho un frigorifero / congelatore nella nostra cucina che è ha più di 10 anni e sta ancora andando forte.

Poiché non offrono alcuna manutenzione, in seguito ho dovuto contattare un meccanico della refrigerazione che mi ha caricato un braccio e una gamba e ha sostituito la sonda di temperatura nel frigorifero, questa correzione è durata solo per diversi mesi quando la temperatura sarebbe aumentata e non lo è stata. mantenere le cose fresche. Quindi ora ho un frigorifero da $ 3000,00 + seduto inutile nel mio bar a secco grazie a Orford.

Una volta che Orford ha la sua vendita, non c'è servizio post-vendita e per il tipo di prodotto che ho acquistato dovrei ricevere anni di manutenzione senza problemi da un frigorifero commerciale. Chiunque stia pensando di acquistare un frigorifero da Orford, fatevi un favore e spendete i vostri soldi con i loro concorrenti e si spera che non abbiate gli stessi problemi.
