Entro i primi due giorni dall'uscita dalla scatola, la penna si è staccata dal cavo, rendendo il globo inutilizzabile e incapace di essere riparato. Ho subito contattato l'azienda inserendo una foto. Hanno detto che avrei potuto rispedirlo, ma non hanno fornito un'etichetta di reso. Bene, senza un'etichetta di reso, mi costerebbe $ 54,00 per rispedirlo (quasi il costo del globo). Sul loro sito web pubblicizzano una garanzia. Li ho contattati almeno dieci volte tramite chiamate con messaggi vocali rimasti ed e-mail e non mi risponderanno per un'etichetta di reso. Che situazione frustrante.
