È passato più di 1 anno da quando ho presentato la mia richiesta di proprietà non rivendicata. Per legge, l'elaborazione dei reclami può richiedere fino a 120 giorni, ma non è stata questa la mia esperienza. Credo che siano passati circa 180 giorni prima che venissi contattato con una richiesta di ulteriore documentazione. Che ho fornito entro 15 giorni. Ho aspettato altri 60 giorni solo per ricevere un'altra richiesta di documentazione diversa che non sono in grado di fornire. Dopo circa 60 giorni in più ho ricevuto un'e-mail che affermava che stavano chiudendo la mia richiesta e che avrei dovuto presentare nuovamente la domanda con tutte le nuove copie della stessa documentazione. La mia richiesta era di poche centinaia di dollari. NON sono gli stati $ $ ma per gli standard di qualcuno questo tipo di lavoro inefficiente va bene? E noi contribuenti paghiamo lo stipendio? eh?
