Il programma generale dell'Operazione Peace è decente, si trova nella scuola di mia figlia come programma doposcuola. Sono venuto a conoscenza di questo programma lo scorso anno 2015, i genitori mi hanno incoraggiato a non inserire mia figlia in questo programma a causa del comportamento del personale. L'anno scolastico 2016 è iniziato e ho deciso di provare il programma per mia figlia più piccola in prima elementare. Le venivano forniti spuntini e un pasto serale leggero, tuttavia, i compiti erano molto raramente toccati o completati. Il personale di gestione è stato sempre scortese e ha mostrato favoritismi tra alcuni genitori. Alcuni genitori sono stati tenuti a fare volontariato e ad altri no. Alcuni genitori sono stati tenuti a pagare una quota e altri no. I manager hanno discusso con i genitori davanti agli studenti e al personale. Questo è un ambiente molto poco professionale e il personale ha bisogno di indicazioni sulle capacità di comunicazione.
