4. Sei ferie pagate, devono lavorare 8 ore prima e dopo / o utilizzare le ferie per essere pagate.
Contro:
1. NESSUN AUMENTO ANNUALE!
2. Il tempo di ferie NON viene pagato una volta che il tuo avviso viene dato.
3. È un'aspettativa, una volta addestrato, che tu sappia tutto.
- I processi sono obsoleti e questa è la tua Bibbia di lavoro.
- Il database è obsoleto.
4. Il design in linea offre vantaggi, ma non contribuiscono come azienda.
5. Troppe riunioni!
6. La posizione di Vendor Manager ha il fatturato più elevato. Se una VM lascia il proprio lavoro viene divisa tra le altre VM e qualcuno verrà eventualmente assunto.
7. Nessuna formazione fornita su SAP e invio di ticket per le fatture dei fornitori. Questo richiederà molto tempo come VM.
Persone complessivamente fantastiche con cui lavorare ogni giorno. È un anno fiscale molto stressante. L'ultima cosa che dirò è che i Vendor Manager sono sottovalutati.
Grande società di ingegneria di proprietà della donna. Lavora duramente per garantire il corretto posizionamento dei candidati nelle posizioni.
