Questa scuola è stata una manna dal cielo per i miei figli! Non potrei chiedere di più. Principio Boris conosce tutti i bambini per nome. La dimensione della classe è piccola e gli insegnanti si connettono con i bambini. Questa scuola è lo standard per il quale tutte le altre scuole della zona dovrebbero lavorare.

Sono andato a dare un'occhiata a questa scuola dopo aver sperimentato la patetica educazione che mio figlio aveva ricevuto dopo un anno in KPS.
Avevo 4 figli adulti che erano stati in KPS prima della PROMESSA e mi sentivo fiducioso con l'istruzione che hanno ricevuto. Mi ero trasferito a South Haven Il mio figlio più giovane è venuto con me e ha frequentato SH public fino alla quarta elementare. Poi sono tornato a Kalamazoo per il suo 5 ° gr. anno in KPS.
Non potevo credere al cambiamento del sistema scolastico, degli insegnanti, degli studenti e degli inganni che sono entrati in gioco a causa della Promessa.
Ho deciso di fermarmi alla Oakland Academy e dare un'occhiata. LE PORTE ERANO APERTE IN OGNI CLASSE, gli studenti TUTTI prestando attenzione all'insegnante! Silenzioso, controllato e calmo. L'allora preside interruppe quello che stava facendo e si offrì di farmi fare un giro. Per la sesta elementare mio figlio ha ricevuto un'istruzione straordinaria. Sono rimasto MOLTO soddisfatto di quanto sia avanzato nelle sue conoscenze, capacità di apprendimento e responsabilità sociale. La migliore decisione che abbia mai preso.
