Il loro servizio clienti è scadente. Ho lasciato due messaggi a Greg Sisk, il supervisore della verniciatura e non mi ha mai richiamato una volta. Ho lavorato nel settore pubblico, quindi so quanto sia importante per un cliente ricevere una telefonata. Ho parlato con Kaci e lei mi ha assicurato che avrebbe dato un altro messaggio a Greg Sisk per richiamarmi e sono passate tre settimane e non ho avuto sue notizie. Possiedo la mia barca dal 2001/2002 e se questo è il servizio che ricevi da un'azienda di proprietà dei dipendenti, non comprerei un'altra barca da loro. Quindi a chiunque mi chieda della mia barca dico loro che la barca va bene ma il loro servizio clienti fa schifo e non comprare da loro.
