Il peggior sistema bancario che abbia mai usato! Raramente si può ottenere un banchiere, sistemi datati, sistema telefonico SUCKS periodo. Per un'azienda che prospera sul servizio clienti e lo fa così bene nei propri negozi, la parte bancaria non riflette bene quel servizio.

Finora ho avuto un'esperienza molto positiva con questa unione di credito. Anche l'altra mia cooperativa di credito è fantastica, ma ha sede in California e attualmente vivo a Washington. Il servizio clienti è di prim'ordine. Sfortunatamente, visualizzare gli estratti conto e la tua attività bancaria ecc. Online non è così buono come le altre banche. E vorrei che ci fosse un'app per telefono, ma forse in futuro.
