Non vale una stella. Un'azienda che non può mai garantire un servizio decente può pagare 83 euro per un pass ferroviario e un ritardo di 10 volte di 7 volte sulla rotta Bruxelles-Tournai. E ieri sera il treno si ferma ad Atene e da lì ci è voluta più di un'ora per arrivare a Tournai. Un'azienda che semplicemente ride dei propri clienti e fornisce i propri servizi troppo costosi.
