Non ho molta esperienza con la terapia o la consulenza e ho avuto solo 2 sessioni a New Passages, ma il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile e Abra rende le nostre sessioni confortevoli e colloquiali.

Siamo venuti in questo gruppo perché il terapista di mio figlio si è trasferito lì. Dopo alcune visite, le hanno assegnato un nuovo terapista senza consultarci. Non ho mai ricevuto aggiornamenti dal nuovo terapista e non sono mai stato consultato per gli appuntamenti settimanali che hanno preso a mia insaputa. Sicuramente non lo consiglierei se sei un genitore che cerca un posto dove tuo figlio possa ricevere sostegno e cure. Esperienza estremamente scarsa.

Il marito è stato indirizzato a vedere Jane per un problema specifico e per la consulenza matrimoniale. La vedeva da almeno 6 mesi. Non solo i sintomi di mio marito sono peggiorati significativamente, ma alla fine abbiamo scoperto che non era qualificata e non aveva le credenziali per aiutarlo. Il che spiega perché è peggiorato. E in 6 mesi non mi ha mai portato a una seduta. Ha detto che non lo riteneva necessario. Eh? Ma ti ha detto che aveva bisogno di aiuto con il suo matrimonio ?? Questa signora è pericolosa e mal equipaggiata per i problemi di questa generazione. Forse altri consiglieri sono migliori.
