Assolutamente il peggiore! Non ho aggiornato il valore totale di uno dei titoli nel mio portafoglio per sei mesi e solo dopo averlo portato alla loro attenzione. Nessun tentativo di rettificare il saldo del mio conto. Terribile

SERVIZIO TERRIBILE! Ci sono voluti 2 mesi e più messaggi per ottenere un semplice trasferimento ACH dal mio account da loro. Non stavano monitorando il trasferimento e non sembravano notare o preoccuparsi del fallimento di xfer e non hanno mai spiegato perché xfer ha impiegato così tanto tempo. Per aggiungere al danno la beffa, mi hanno addebitato $ 400 per spostare il saldo del mio conto in un'altra società finanziaria con una reputazione migliore (e devono ancora completare il trasferimento un mese dopo che è stato richiesto). Incompetente? Una truffa intenzionale? Difficile da dire. Non lavorare con questi coglioni!!
