Usiamo Costimator, di MTI Systems, per stimare / preventivare tempi e costi per rimorchi, lavorazione del terreno, carrelli elevatori, macchine movimento terra e prodotti OEM. Da quando utilizza Costimator, Landoll Corp. ha avuto gli anni migliori finanziariamente nella storia dell'azienda. Quello che mi piace di più del software di stima Costimator sono i modelli di costo. I modelli di costo consentono di creare e modificare uno strumento veloce, accurato, coerente e facile per la stima e il preventivo specifico per i centri di lavoro e i processi della propria azienda.

Sono il presidente di una società che ha recentemente acquistato Costimator e 3DFX. Abbiamo fatto una demo con uno dei nostri prodotti e abbiamo chiamato due referenze. La nostra esperienza nell'utilizzo del prodotto nei primi tre mesi ha purtroppo dimostrato che 3DFX è così povero nel riconoscere le caratteristiche, e il sistema ci impone di dirgli tutto su come funzionano le nostre macchine e processi, da zero, che ha fornito pochissimo del promesso vantaggio. Gli ho dato 2 stelle perché se hai prodotti altamente personalizzati (come uno dei nostri responsabili delle vendite) e sei disposto a mettere tutte le tue velocità e feed e non hai bisogno di 3DFX per qualcosa di più di un visualizzatore di modelli (che puoi ottenere gratuitamente ), aggiunge un certo valore. Se ti aspetti che riconosca automaticamente un numero sufficiente di funzioni o hai qualche intelligenza su come realizzare il tuo prodotto anche dopo aver fornito velocità e alimentazione della tua macchina, rimarrai tristemente deluso!
