Sono stato in questo studio per molto tempo e ho visto tutti e tre i medici molte volte, sono tutti molto personali e si prendono cura dei loro pazienti. L'unico problema che abbia mai avuto con questo ufficio è quando chiamo. È sempre una registrazione e poi trasferisci a chi vuoi parlare è un'altra registrazione. I medici sono così personali con tutti i pazienti lì, ma gli infermieri non così tanto, hanno bisogno di prendersi il tempo per rispondere al telefono invece di lasciarlo andare sempre alla segreteria telefonica. A volte la segreteria telefonica è una questione di semplicità, ma non dovrebbe essere una pratica normale. Abbiamo tutti una vita frenetica e chiamiamo per parlare con qualcuno per non essere richiamati a tuo piacimento, non conviene però per noi. Il trasferimento di Sandy alla reception ha aiutato molto, ma sicuramente mi manca sul retro.
