Abbiamo acquistato tutte le finestre, porte e finiture per la nostra casa di nuova costruzione da M&MS. Lavorare con Dave sulle scelte non avrebbe potuto essere migliore. Negli ultimi 5 anni ho acquistato la maggior parte delle finiture interne e delle porte dal venditore Ed Casper.
Recentemente ho fatto affari completamente con loro.
Ed stava dicendo ai miei clienti di usare lì porte per container economiche e non di qualità, che in molti casi ribollivano e si spaccavano, anche dopo che in molte occasioni gli avevo detto di non parlare mai con i miei clienti in quelle porte. Certo, sostituiscono la porta quando ciò accade, ma non rimborserebbero la finitura delle porte.
Anche in numerose occasioni i materiali erano molto più ordinati, nel qual caso se erano materiali macchiati andavano direttamente dal pittore per la colorazione. Quando il lavoro è stato completato, ci sono rimasti centinaia di piedi di materiale di rivestimento, base e stipite. Ed e Dave l'hanno guardato come se fosse colpa mia, non mi avrebbero accreditato tutto il materiale e una quantità minima per la colorazione su tutto il materiale in eccesso.
C'è una perdita. Quest'anno hanno perso un cliente che avrebbe dato loro quasi un quarto di milione di affari.
Se decidi di fare affari con Molding Millwork, sarei estremamente attento
