Abbiamo dovuto posticipare il nostro matrimonio a causa di COVID-19 e abbiamo chiesto al ristorante di spingere il nostro evento all'anno prossimo. Dopo molti mesi senza risposte, ci è stato detto che il ristorante chiuderà e non siamo in grado di riprogrammare il nostro evento. Detto questo, abbiamo richiesto il rimborso per l'evento. Ci è stato dato lo scontro tra Tim Harmon (CEO di Moana Restaurant Group) e il ristorante. Alla fine, ci è stato detto che Moana Restaurant Group è l'entità responsabile del rimborso e hanno taciuto. Sono deluso dal modo in cui sono stato trattato durante questo periodo difficile e sono livido che non abbiano la decenza di comunicare adeguatamente come verrà gestito. Vorrei incoraggiare chiunque altro stia riscontrando questo problema a pubblicare qui in modo da comprendere l'entità dei rimborsi che stanno trattenendo e possiamo agire, insieme, di conseguenza.

Mi sembra che chi si lamenta qui sia gente che non può riconoscere che COVID ha colpito TUTTI NOI.

La mancanza di comunicazione di questa azienda è molto deludente e poco professionale! Avevo prenotato un matrimonio in uno di quei ristoranti a Portland o per il 27 giugno, quando tutti i covid hanno colpito. Ho cercato di essere in contatto direttamente con il ristorante per mesi per quanto riguarda se il deposito mi sarebbe stato rispedito o cosa sarebbe successo, il ristorante difficilmente avrebbe risposto e quando avrebbero risposto sarebbe stato Moana Group mi avrebbe contattato .. Eccoci qui 2 mesi dopo da quando chiedo continuamente aggiornamenti al ristorante e da 2 mesi dicono che Moana mi avrebbe contattato e ANCORA NESSUN CONTATTO. A questo punto il mio matrimonio sarebbe di circa 40 giorni e sì, lo so che non possono cambiare la chiusura ma non ho avuto indietro il mio deposito di 500 dollari o alcun contatto su ciò che accadrà!
