Articolo costoso ordinato dal loro negozio eBay. 2 mesi dopo, nessun articolo, non è possibile contattare telefonicamente. Non risponde ai messaggi su ebay. Mi rendo conto che si tratta di un ente di beneficenza, ma ora ho bisogno dei miei soldi indietro così posso andare da qualche altra parte a comprarlo. Non posso permettermi di fare a meno di questi soldi. Questo sta davvero iniziando a causare un serio stress ora. Così deludente.

Ho comprato qualcosa dal loro negozio eBay e non ce n'è traccia. Hanno cancellato tutti i loro elenchi di prodotti e hanno smesso di rispondere alle e-mail. Sono in contatto con eBay e PayPal per risolvere questo problema, ma è un mal di testa inutile.

ho cercato di ottenere una fattura da loro da ottobre 2015. Il mio ipad 2 si è bloccato su quello che ho acquistato da loro e ha trovato l'icloud di qualcun altro e senza una prova di acquisto l'Apple Store non lo ripristinerà. inoltre non rispondono mai a e-mail o telefoni. non vale nemmeno una stella. evitare a tutti i costi!
