Sono entrato oggi intorno alle 8:15 e speravo di entrare e uscire ma la porta era chiusa a chiave. Ho chiamato il loro numero di telefono e ho parlato con una signora che non era sicura della situazione e ha detto che l'ufficio dovrebbe essere aperto alle 8 del mattino, ma il personale non risponde alle chiamate fino alle 9 del mattino. Sono andato alla mia macchina e ho aspettato fino alle 9 del mattino per chiamare di nuovo il numero dell'ufficio. Uno staff ha risposto dopo diversi tentativi e ha dichiarato che l'ufficio era chiuso per emergenza. Sarebbe fantastico se ci fosse un cartello affisso sulla porta che l'ufficio è chiuso oggi. La prossima volta, per favore, affiggi un cartello sulla porta per far camminare i pazienti. Grazie.

Dr mi ascolta, dà suggerimenti su cose che potrei essere in grado di fare e se non funziona cercherà volentieri altre soluzioni. Mi piace un dottore che preferisce trovare un modo per aiutarti invece di darti solo delle pillole.
