Di recente mia madre di 78 anni si stava riprendendo al Mercy dopo un intervento chirurgico al ginocchio. L'ho visitata diverse volte e l'ho trovata felice e ben curata. Le è piaciuto il cibo, spesso ottenendo più di quanto si aspettasse, ha avuto un'ottima risposta dall'aiuto ed è stata gestita in modo eccellente dal gruppo di riabilitazione. Personalmente era contenta di come l'hanno spinta a una guarigione più sana.
Sono stato contento dello staff, del direttore e del suo team che hanno fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che fosse felice ea suo agio. Hanno veramente orecchie in ascolto e cuori premurosi a Mercy!

Mia madre è morta più di un anno fa. Ha trascorso i suoi ultimi quattro mesi alla Mercy. Vivo in un altro stato ed ero solo in California per una visita. Certo, andarci mi fa sempre pensare a mia madre, e stavo pensando a Mercy e alle cure meravigliose che ha ricevuto e ho pensato di lasciare una recensione. Per me che sono residente fuori dallo stato, era così importante per me assicurarmi che mia madre fosse ben curata. Ho visitato spesso durante i suoi ultimi quattro mesi, perché sapevamo che non aveva molto tempo. Mia madre è stata trattata con il massimo rispetto e compassione da tutti, sia che provenisse da Tamra, la regista, sia dal suo staff diretto; le infermiere; o il personale di manutenzione. Sono stati tutti semplicemente fantastici con lei (e noi come la sua famiglia). Mi hanno sempre accolto e risposto a tutte le mie domande. Erano pieni di gentilezza e compassione. Mi sento molto fortunato che sia stata in un ambiente così fantastico fino alla fine. Consiglierei questo posto a chiunque.

Mercy Care Center andrebbe bene per la pensione, NON BUONO per l'assistenza a livello di infermieristica assistita o qualificata. Hanno un ottimo chef, una raffinata sala da pranzo di tipo ristorante ... ma la cura IN CAMERA è terribile. Mio fratello è stato lì 6 mesi ... in una vita qualificata e assistita..finalmente a letto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 per gli ultimi 2 mesi. NON è stato tenuto pulito, ha aspettato ORE dopo aver premuto il pulsante per chiamare aiuto .... settimane per fare il bagno ... più di 6 settimane per lavarsi i capelli ... C'è chiaramente la pretesa della misericordia essendo una struttura cattolica, come una volta lo era, ma mio fratello non poteva nemmeno farsi portare la Comunione dopo la messa domenicale nell'auditorium di Mercy. Vivevo molto lontano, quindi potevo solo chiamare e Lamentarsi e chiedere cure migliori ... ma tale non è stata data. Il mio consiglio: stai lontano se non sei mobile o sposta il tuo parente fuori da lì se ha bisogno di più aiuto. L'amministratore
dovrebbe essere sostituita da qualcuno che capisca meglio il suo lavoro. Il reparto di fatturazione NON ha problemi con il proprio lavoro ... il nostro costo mensile sale a oltre $ 8300 (per i servizi elencati che non sono stati consegnati.) Ho protestato e ho fatto ridurre questo enorme conto dopo aver rifiutato di pagarlo.

Grazie al cielo una gentile infermiera dell'ospizio è finalmente arrivata 3 settimane prima di morire .. facendogli il bagno 3 volte a settimana a letto, lavandogli i capelli e mantenendolo pulito e comodo. Benedicila.
