I tecnici hanno preso il kit completo della ruota di scorta e la ruota di scorta nella mia macchina. Completamente poco professionale. Alcune settimane dopo siamo rimasti bloccati oltre il confine a causa di una gomma rotta e abbiamo scoperto che l'hanno presa. Quando viene richiamato al centro servizi, il gestore si è solo scusato. Abbiamo ripreso la ruota di scorta e anche la ruota di scorta era rotta! Questo è inaccettabile e molto deluso dalla qualità del centro riconosciuto Mercedes.
