La mia prima impressione dell'azienda è stata terribile. Sono un Ingegnere Meccanico e ho sostenuto un colloquio di lavoro presso Menegotti Menfund. Ho parlato con un professionista delle risorse umane e ho intervistato il responsabile di area. Entrambi promettevano un ritorno, positivo o negativo che fosse. Tuttavia, non si sono mai più contattati. Ho inviato 04 e-mail ai due referenti, ma sono rimasti senza parole. Accidenti, è così semplice (e onesto) rispondere "Continueremo con un altro candidato", oppure "Cancelleremo il posto vacante". Promettere e non soddisfare è un fallimento comportamentale che danneggia la tua immagine. Qui sta la domanda: se vieni trattato in questo modo come candidato, cosa aspettarti quando sei già dentro?!?!?!?!?

L'azienda espelle nell'aria i rifiuti di ghisa, colpendo direttamente coloro che vivono intorno all'azienda. Casa e auto completamente ossidate a causa dell'impossibilità da parte dell'azienda di contenere questi rifiuti. Per non parlare del rumore notturno che è insopportabile.
