Medversant ci ha richiesto alcune informazioni l'11 / 12/2019, abbiamo inviato le informazioni richieste all'e-mail che è stata fornita nel modulo il 16/11/19,
- abbiamo ricevuto la 2a richiesta per lo stesso documento il 26/11/2019, ho chiamato il 02/12/19 e ho parlato con un rappresentante, quando le ho chiesto di presentarsi ha detto che questo è Val, le ho spiegato la situazione , ha controllato e ha detto che l'abbiamo ricevuto ma non l'hanno ancora caricato.
- Abbiamo ricevuto la 3a richiesta per lo stesso documento datato 12/9/19, questa volta abbiamo inviato via fax il documento al numero di fax che era stato fornito sul modulo il 12/12/19,
- ora abbiamo ricevuto la 4a richiesta datata 17/12/19, li ho chiamati oggi 19/12/19 intorno alle 13, una signora ha risposto al ph senza presentarsi, ho chiesto di presentarsi, ha detto Makayla, ho chiesto per la posizione del suo ufficio, comunque si trovava presso l'ufficio aziendale a Glendale, CA, non aveva assolutamente buone maniere, ho chiesto di parlare con un supervisore e lei ha detto che non abbiamo un supervisore di guardia! Ha detto che sono l'unico che può aiutarti, ho detto che abbiamo percorso questa strada in passato e ancora abbiamo a che fare con lo stesso problema, vorrei parlare con un supervisore o farmi chiamare e lei ha rifiutato!
Se potessi valutare questa azienda sotto lo zero lo farei, il minimo che potrei valutare sarebbe una stella che non meritano. Il modo migliore per spiegare questa azienda è: INCOMPETENTE, INCOMPETENTE, INCOMPETENTE!
