Non sono mai stato in un concessionario Lexus così inutile. Il reparto ricambi non vende olio, un elemento di manutenzione di base per i clienti. La corsia di servizio non ha aria disponibile per i clienti. Suppongo che sarebbe necessario un intero RO per ottenere un altro elemento di manutenzione di base. Non è stato possibile ottenere un autolavaggio, poiché lo scrittore del servizio ha detto che non avevano la manodopera. Non aveva a che fare con nessun cliente in quel momento e nessuno era nella corsia di servizio. Sentivo che non le importava nemmeno di iniziare a cercare di fornire aiuto.
