I recently used this company for an event and overall, I found their services to be average. While the staff was friendly and professional, I was somewhat disappointed with the food. It lacked the wow factor I was hoping for and some dishes were underseasoned. The presentation, however, was visually appealing. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The event planning process was relatively smooth, although there were a few miscommunications along the way. On the day of the event, the setup was timely and organized. However, the service during the event was at times slow and some guests had to wait for drinks or food. Overall, I would say that they provided an average catering experience – nothing outstanding, but nothing too disappointing either.
