Non ti invieranno una fattura per posta, ma la invieranno al tuo padrone di casa. Se non te lo dice in tempo, finirai per pagare una penale per il ritardo. Se chiedi loro di inviarti una fattura per posta, lo faranno ... ma a un prezzo! Quindi la tua unica altra opzione è pagare online, e sorpresa, sorpresa, c'è una "commissione di convenienza" di 4,95 per pagare online!

E buona fortuna se provi a chiamarli per lamentarti, verrai rimproverato da un deficiente arrogante che è incapace di rispondere alle tue domande, ma immagino che vada bene buttare il servizio clienti dalla finestra quando hai il monopolio e lo sai i clienti (o "ostaggi" come mi piace chiamarli) non possono procurarsi l'acqua da nessun'altra parte (anche se con le loro tariffe sarebbe molto più economico fare il bagno nello champagne e lavare i piatti con un Cabernet Sauvignon del 1942.
Non appena il mio contratto di locazione sarà finito, sarò fuori da questa città del cazzo. Ho vissuto a New York e in tutta l'Australia, e le mie bollette dell'acqua non sono mai state così alte come qui (e non ho mai dovuto pagare una tassa solo per ottenere una copia della mia bolletta!). Se stai cercando un appartamento e stai cercando un posto dove vivere, stai alla larga da Manheim. E per quanto riguarda MAWSA, questi mostri dovrebbero essere in prigione per estorsione, non per controllare l'intero approvvigionamento idrico di una città!
