Non avvicinarti a questa mediazione. Abbiamo avuto la spiacevole esperienza di lavorare con loro per trovare un investimento immobiliare commerciale dopo alcune interviste. A loro non importa cosa di te o del tuo investimento, vogliono venderti qualsiasi cosa e ottenere i loro soldi in ogni modo possibile, anche se questo significa persuaderti in qualcosa in cui non credono. L'abbiamo scoperto anche dopo l'impegno si chiude, non hanno gestito i lavori di carta adeguati, ad es. il nostro nuovo inquilino non sa nemmeno che c'è stata una vendita e non ci ha nemmeno mandato l'affitto per 2 mesi! E anche l'istituto di credito ipotecario a cui hanno fatto riferimento e con cui volevano che tu lavorassi, sono nello stesso schema di farsi pagare solo la commissione. Ho dovuto pagare a questo prestatore una grossa somma di denaro solo per scoprire che ci hanno dato le peggiori condizioni di prestito e non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di negoziare per nostro conto. Tutte le nostre e-mail con lui comportano % di commissione l'unica cosa di cui si preoccupavano. Esperienze peggiori che abbiamo con l'acquisto di un immobile.

Sono sorprendenti!!! Kyle Matthews ha avviato questa azienda e ha portato Dave Harrington a bordo per gestire il settore degli appartamenti. Questi ragazzi sono come Batman e Robin. Il miglior gruppo con cui confrontarsi. Ho acquistato 3 proprietà con il loro aiuto nell'ultimo anno. Li consiglio a tutti.

Questa azienda mi chiama circa 2-3 volte a settimana chiedendomi se siamo interessati a proprietà che si trovano in stati diversi. Ho detto loro numerose volte di smettere di chiamare, di rimuovermi dal loro elenco di contatti e che non siamo interessati. Come o perché una piccola organizzazione no-profit di Los Angeles dovrebbe acquistare un edificio in Texas (questo è solo un esempio)?! Dicono che ho cliccato su un loro annuncio quindi mi stanno seguendo. Sanno anche che non sono interessato e hanno iniziato a rispondere alle loro chiamate senza identificare con quale azienda si trovano. Non so di cosa stiano parlando poiché blocco tutte le email che provengono da loro (ne ricevo così tante). Anche così, prendono uno che presumibilmente vede un'e-mail come un invito aperto a sbarrarli con telefonate non richieste. La nostra organizzazione potrebbe potenzialmente avere affari, qui a Los Angeles, ma non prenderò MAI in considerazione questa azienda a causa di questa molestia che non cesserà.

Purtroppo sono molto poco professionali. Abbiamo provato ad affittare uno spazio e dopo un paio di volte che ci siamo andati e abbiamo scritto una lettera di intenti con il loro aiuto, non si sono nemmeno presi la briga di tornare da noi. Quando abbiamo contattato il nostro agente, non ha risposto al telefono e non ha richiamato. Dopo un paio di giorni, l'ho chiamato usando il telefono di un altro mio amico, ha risposto ma ha fatto finta di non aver ricevuto il mio messaggio. Era come lavorare con un bambino immaturo.
