All'inizio del 2019 ho pagato a Marque Lawyers $ 1.000 per aiutarmi a fare domanda alla Corte Suprema del NSW per l'amministrazione del patrimonio di mia madre. Kyra Edwards è stata inizialmente molto disponibile. AFAIK Ho fatto tutto ciò che mi era richiesto, ho risposto a tutte le sue domande e le ho inviato tutti i documenti richiesti. Li ho inviati per posta raccomandata con richieste di ricevuta di ritorno, e questi sono stati debitamente ricevuti da me.

Nonostante diverse e-mail di richiesta da parte mia, non ho ricevuto risposta per molti mesi. Poi ho ricevuto un'e-mail da lei che mi diceva che sembra che non abbia ricevuto i documenti!

A quanto pare avrei dovuto rifare tutto di nuovo. Ora l'ho fatto e la seconda serie di documenti avrebbe dovuto pervenirle la scorsa settimana.

Avrei pensato che ora mi inviasse un'e-mail per dirmi se i documenti sono stati eseguiti correttamente o se la mia domanda è pronta per essere presentata alla Corte. Non ne ho ricevuto uno (ancora).

Mi rendo conto che gli avvocati di Marque non sono avvocati di testamenti e proprietà. Inizialmente ho contattato uno studio legale di testamenti e proprietà qui a Melbourne, che mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto contattare uno studio nel NSW (dove è morta mia madre) e ho chiesto se potevano suggerirne uno. Hanno suggerito Marque Lawyers e ho accettato questo suggerimento in buona fede.

Mi rendo anche conto che $ 1.000 sono una birra piccola nei circoli legali, ma per me è un sacco di soldi. Sarò felice di modificare o eliminare questa recensione nel momento in cui sembra che sto ottenendo lo standard di servizio che pensavo di pagare.

Una recensione precedente che ho pubblicato qui è misteriosamente scomparsa, insieme a tutte le altre recensioni esistenti (anche se erano per lo più favorevoli). Spero che anche questa recensione non scompaia.

Modifica (giugno 2020): i tempi di risposta di Kyra Edwards sono migliorati, ma sono passati 2 anni da quando mia madre è morta e 18 mesi da quando ho contattato per la prima volta Marque Lawyers. E come molte persone in questo momento lo sto facendo duramente. Quindi prima viene approvata la mia domanda di amministrazione, meglio è.
