"Ghosted" dopo l'intervista di oltre un mese fa per il ruolo di ingegnere di livello base. Mi è stato consigliato da un dipendente per le mie competenze trasversali e perché ho una laurea in ingegneria. Dall'inizio del colloquio hanno suggerito una sfilza di altri lavori che avrei dovuto fare (come le vendite su commissione) invece di questo ruolo. È stato notevolmente scortese, anche se ho pensato che fosse un test.
Il motivo di questa recensione non è per essere stato rifiutato (se lo sono stato ...) ma per la mancanza di rispetto umano che chiaramente hanno per me. Non condividere le loro informazioni di contatto per farmi seguire dopo l'intervista, per non inviarmi una lettera di rifiuto e per me non avere nemmeno una risposta dalla persona che mi ha consigliato dopo aver contattato più volte mostra una mancanza di decenza umana.
