Sono passati 3 mesi dalla morte di mio fratello. Ci è stato detto che avremmo ottenuto risultati in 6-8 settimane. Quando abbiamo chiamato per avere un aggiornamento sullo stato, hanno detto solo che erano occupati e che avrebbero richiamato tra un mese. Questo è ridicolo. Vorrei che ci fosse una valutazione inferiore a una stella.

Pam Young è molto poco professionale, mia madre è morta 3 settimane fa e avevo bisogno dei repots mi ha chiesto perché ne ho bisogno come se non fossero affari miei quando ho chiamato prima di venire e mi è stato detto che potevo venire a prenderlo signora molto scortese io Ho 32 anni e ho appena perso mia madre in un incidente d'auto, ecco perché ho bisogno del rapporto.

Come hanno detto tutti gli altri, sto ancora aspettando il certificato di morte di mia madre. Sono passate 13 settimane. Totalmente inaccettabile!
