La mia città usa questo ufficio postale per consegnare la nostra posta, e loro sono un INCUBO! L'UNICO motivo per cui ottengono UNA stella è perché non posso dargli zero !!! Sono qui da 5 anni e in quel periodo hanno gestito con noncuranza i pacchi e rotto il contenuto in numerose occasioni, consegnato più volte la mia posta all'indirizzo sbagliato, rispedita la mia posta al mittente con la scusa che non ho più vissuto qui (3,5 anni dopo, SONO ANCORA QUI), non sono MAI affidabili sui tempi di consegna (seriamente, alcuni giorni è qui alle 10:30, altri non dopo le 15:30. Dai! A 5+ la finestra di consegna in un'ora è ridicola!), recapita costantemente la posta sbagliata (ricevo ancora posta per persone che non vivono qui e hanno inserito moduli per il cambio di indirizzo).
Se non possono essere affidabili, devono essere sostituiti con persone che POSSONO essere affidabili !!!
