Il dottor Caruso è un ottimo dottore. Ha riparato il mio braccio rotto (spalla e gomito rotti e raggio ulnare e polso). Mi ha difeso con il mio compenso da operaio. Lo amo ma spero di non aver più bisogno di lui.

TradottoMia madre ha avuto un lieve ictus ed è caduta al piano di sotto mentre si è rotta il polso. Il dottor Caruso le mise il braccio e la mise in una stecca temporanea in terapia intensiva. L'assistenza post-vendita era un incubo. Il dottor Caruso ha dovuto fare un'altra riduzione durante la visita di 10 giorni e posizionare il cast permanente. Gli antidolorifici non sono mai stati prescritti. Ho chiamato per 3 giorni. Ed è stato detto di sì che erano stati ordinati. La mia farmacia ha persino chiamato TOG ma non sono mai stati ordinati. Ho espresso la mia preoccupazione con il dottor Caruso 3 settimane dopo ha detto che c'era un problema tecnico del computer, quindi la mamma non ha mai ricevuto farmaci per il dolore. Successivamente è stata programmata un'appt per questa mattina alle 10:40 per la rimozione del cast. Siamo arrivati il personale dell'ufficio ha detto che eravamo in anticipo di 4 giorni. Abbiamo guidato per 25 minuti perché ci è stato detto che potevamo vedere solo il dottor Caruso a Yardley. Siamo stati quindi reindirizzati all'ufficio di Pennington per la rimozione del gesso. L'intero processo ha richiesto quasi 4 ore di tempo che nessuno deve perdere. Ora ci vediamo ad Hamilton, dove viviamo. Non sceglierò mai più TOG
