Sono stato ignorato prima dell'audit e Michael mi ha chiamato la sera prima di iniziare dicendo che stava lavorando alle mie tasse e sarebbe stato lì, nessuno si è presentato. Uno dei miei clienti ha utilizzato M&K dopo il ritiro del CPA ed è stato un vero incubo. Ammortamento omesso, nessun bilancio di prova, enormi aggiustamenti inspiegabili ai guadagni mantenuti. Non sono riuscito a ottenere risposte dirette dal signor Manis, mi ha inviato informazioni errate o ridondanti e mi ha anche detto apertamente che ero sfortunato a ottenere i saldi di prova per i rendimenti. Il mio cliente sta spendendo altri $ 3000 per ricaricare gli ultimi due anni. Nessuna sorpresa che la SEC abbia sanzionato e multato lui e l'azienda l'anno scorso.

Abbiamo assunto CPA M&K in buona fede per aiutare con la dichiarazione dei redditi per il 2014. Non hanno risposto, sono stati del tutto poco professionali e, di conseguenza, abbiamo subito sanzioni IRS. È stata presentata una denuncia al Consiglio di Stato. Io non li consiglio.
