Vivo nella tua proprietà su Villa Cliff Drive da molti anni. Rimango sempre perché il prezzo era buono e la scuola dei miei figli è vicina. Di recente questi ultimi 2 anni sono stati difficili. Il tuo personale di leasing è deplorevole. Ho inviato la mia notifica e vorrei poter caricare tutte le e-mail e le chiamate degli avvisi molesti. Dal personale del leasing che non vuole rispondere alle mie domande, dal nuovo oggi un nuovo avviso per 3 tapparelle rotte e che vogliono pagare $ 100 per ogni lamella. Mi sento molestato, mancato di rispetto e timoroso. Avevano il mio preavviso e stavano ancora cercando di costringermi a firmare e compilare una domanda 2 settimane prima della data del mio trasloco. Invierò tutte queste violazioni moleste e non convenzionali del contratto di locazione al BBB (Better Business Bureau). Grazie al Signore ho una famiglia in leasing che mi ha dato molta conoscenza e ho ascoltato e conservato tutti i miei record.

Mia madre risiede nella proprietà Latitude 2976 da oltre 30 giorni. Da sabato 11 ottobre 2020 sono anch'io un nuovo inquilino. Quando ti dico che finora questa è stata la PEGGIORE ASSOLUTA decisione che entrambi abbiamo preso. Tra le molteplici lamentele sulle carenze dell'ufficio e del personale addetto alla manutenzione. Alle palesi bugie e alla mancanza di responsabilità. So per certo che NON rinnoverò il mio contratto di locazione qui. Inoltre la manager regionale Kendra è la donna meno professionale che potessi mai immaginare. Devo dire immaginare invece di incontrarla perché le abbiamo inviato un'e-mail numerose volte in merito ai problemi che abbiamo riscontrato. E ha volutamente tralasciato di rispondere o di far rispondere un altro superiore dell'azienda. Direi che nessuno dovrebbe MAI affittare da Lurin perché non apprezzano i loro residenti. Né addestrano il loro personale ad essere professionisti orgogliosi del loro lavoro!

Ciao, sono qui da 15 anni e mi piace qui, gli appartamenti sono tutti aggiornati, le camere sono più grandi della maggior parte degli appartamenti, si trovano vicino a tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno, il nostro ufficio e il personale di manutenzione sono molto cordiali, rapidi, professionali e cortesi, tutti noi li amiamo e loro ci amano ... questa è una grande atmosfera per crescere una famiglia, tutti i miei vicini sono molto amichevoli e disponibili, ci prendiamo cura l'uno dell'altro, ho visto persone venire da , come fino alla California, Mississippi, Arkansas per vivere qui, quindi se stai cercando un OTTIMO POSTO IN CUI VIVERE vieni qui ad Alpine Creek, non ti mentirei! prendi la mia parola

C'era muffa nera nel mio appartamento, spazzatura per terra, droghe, rumore, problemi idraulici e così via. Fatti un favore e non trattare con queste persone losche.
