Esperienza orribile. Non mi sono mai sentito più obbligato a scrivere una recensione su Google fino a quando non sono andato da Lucinda. Ho portato qui mia madre a cui è stato recentemente diagnosticato un cancro per vedere le parrucche da quando ha appena iniziato la chemio ed è rimasta scioccata da quanto la nostra visita fosse poco professionale e disorganizzata. La donna ha avuto la mia povera mamma quasi in lacrime nel mezzo del consulto, non ha mostrato empatia e semplicemente non sembrava afferrare la situazione. Non posso davvero credere che questa donna lo faccia per vivere e abbia lavorato con persone che hanno il cancro. Il mio miglior consiglio è di andare altrove.

Sicuramente vai da Lucinda se vuoi avere la PEGGIORE esperienza possibile acquistando una parrucca nella tua vita! È condiscendente, disorganizzata e decisamente cattiva. Il suo salone è sporco. Lucinda non sembra avere la capacità di entrare in empatia con i suoi clienti che stanno affrontando la prospettiva di perdere i capelli a causa della chemioterapia e delle radiazioni. Quindi, se sei una donna che sta affrontando il cancro, vai da qualche altra parte per la tua parrucca!

Lavoro con Lucinda da 7 anni. Mi ha aiutato in tanti modi ad affrontare i miei problemi con la caduta dei capelli e ha davvero cambiato la mia vita. I pezzi che ha trovato per me sono bellissimi e nessuno è mai stato in grado di dire che non erano i miei capelli. Vengo a trovarla ogni anno perché i miei capelli sono cambiati e attendo con ansia le mie visite. Anche se in questo momento vivo nel Maryland, trovo ancora il tempo per andare a trovare Lucinda perché non ho mai trovato un altro posto che abbia i pezzi di qualità che ha. Grazie Lucinda!

Se ci fosse un'opzione per zero stelle la metterei !!! Assolutamente la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto. La mia povera amica è entrata per parlare delle opzioni di parrucca prima di iniziare la chemio e la donna fondamentalmente ci ha lanciato le parrucche, non ha spiegato o istruito nulla su di loro. Ci siamo arrabbiati con noi per aver chiesto un anello colorato per vedere le opzioni. Stavamo parlando anche di altri posti per parrucche perché volevamo conoscere le nostre opzioni perché è un grande investimento e la donna ha risposto di scatto alla mia amica ha detto che non era seria e stava perdendo tempo. Sono rimasto sbalordito dal fatto che avrebbe scattato a una donna che è già in uno stato vulnerabile sapendo che inizierà la chemio. NON ANDARE QUI!
