C'è un alto tasso di turnover a causa della microgestione da parte della nuova amministrazione. Questo è iniziato subito prima che Covid chiudesse la scuola. La maggior parte dei dipendenti utilizza il cellulare e non presta attenzione ai bambini. I genitori pagano molto in tasse scolastiche e non sarebbero contenti della disattenzione dei dipendenti. I dipendenti sono molto scontenti e parlano continuamente di andarsene. Non assumono persone con esperienza e la maggior parte del personale originale se n'è andato. È disorganizzato e caotico ogni giorno.
