Rapporti con i clienti molto poveri. Sono andato con un vicino che era interessato a un tutore per la schiena. Donna che passa l'aspirapolvere, immagino non le piacesse essere interrotta. Quando le abbiamo detto che eravamo interessati a un tutore per la schiena, ci ha detto sgarbatamente che hai bisogno di una ricetta! Il che non era nemmeno preciso, chiunque può comprare un tutore allo sportello, se vuoi che l'assicurazione paghi, hai bisogno di una ricetta. Perché non essere educato con i clienti? Ovviamente non è la proprietaria, e dubito che siamo i primi con cui è stata scortese. Ci siamo voltati e siamo usciti. .

Avevo bisogno di un paio di inserti per le mie scarpe poiché i vecchi avevano visto la fine del loro ciclo di vita. Non hanno preso una corretta impressione dei miei piedi e hanno usato uno scanner per ottenere le impronte. Gli inserti sono stati creati in base ai risultati.
L'incubo è iniziato poco dopo aver ricevuto gli inserti. Ho sentito un dolore lancinante ininterrotto ai piedi subito dopo aver acquistato gli inserti. Era al punto che mi torcevo costantemente la caviglia poiché non ero più in grado di mantenere il giusto equilibrio.
Ho riutilizzato quelli vecchi che avevo e sono tornato da loro. Sono stati così gentili da offrire il miglioramento degli inserti. Hanno aggiunto un'imbottitura extra e apportato alcune modifiche. Tuttavia, i miglioramenti non erano abbastanza buoni. Hanno funzionato bene per alcune settimane fino a quando i dolori sono tornati.
Li ho buttati nel cestino e presto vedrò una podologia. Purtroppo, l'assicurazione non copre i nuovi inserti, quindi devo pagare $ 500 di tasca mia per gli errori di qualcun altro.
