Dopo aver avuto un account per oltre 20 anni con difficoltà di accesso; non ci sono servizi clienti offline e dopo aver chiamato la sede centrale mi è stato chiesto di accedere per chiedere aiuto !! Se non riesco ad accedere come ottengo aiuto? Questo è ridicolo. Il mio account potrebbe essere stato violato. Chissà, nessuno vuole parlare con te.

hanno cancellato il mio account senza motivo non risponderanno alle mie e-mail con una spiegazione. molto ingiusto. Sono stato con loro per almeno 5 anni.

Valutato il tempo e lo sforzo spesi per ottenere punti ed è impossibile fare qualcosa con loro. Sì, è facile, ma in realtà vuoi passare 30 ore al computer rispondendo alle domande per una carta regalo 10.00 per il cibo? Penso di no.

POI ..... ho provato a cancellarmi ed è passato un mese e ora ricevo due o tre e-mail come se stessero facendo di tutto per farmi male. La donna della Lightspeed LLC in NJ semplicemente non ha risposte. Non le parlano nemmeno e le inviano e-mail solo diversi giorni dopo. Suggerisco vivamente di cercare altrove.

Dopo più di 4 anni facendo sondaggi a stretto contatto con loro, blocco l'account, senza spiegazioni e dicendo solo che non sono stato onesto facendo sondaggi

Sono stato con voi ragazzi per sempre e il mio account ha detto che è inattivo e nessuno mi dirà perché o risolverà il problema Ho dei punti che mi piacerebbe spendere ma non posso è per questo che vi ho dato due stelle che non ho mai ha avuto problemi con il tuo sito fino agli ultimi 3 o 4 mesi.
