Ogni recensione negativa di questa azienda è vera che non sono puntuali se ti pagano. Per non parlare del fatto che si sono rifiutati di consentire un'adeguata formazione del personale.

Non consiglierei questa compagnia. Nostra figlia si è iscritta a 2 settimane di lezioni con il nostro HOA, gli istruttori erano in ritardo ogni giorno che hanno deciso di presentarsi. Più genitori del nostro gruppo hanno chiamato e / o inviato un'e-mail all'ufficio e hanno faticato a ricevere qualsiasi comunicazione. Quando abbiamo avuto la fortuna di parlare con qualcuno, erano tutti pronti a dare la colpa a un altro, senza assumersi alcuna responsabilità per le loro azioni. Abbiamo ritirato nostra figlia dalla sessione successiva e non le useremo mai più.

Per favore, non lavorare per questa azienda. Dalla mia esperienza personale so che l'azienda non paga extra nei giorni festivi, non paga gli straordinari, toglie 30 minuti di paga per una pausa pranzo che non ottieni mai (ILLEGALE a proposito), paga i dipendenti in ritardo, a volte non paga mai del tutto , ecc. Non ho ricevuto il mio ultimo stipendio, quindi ho dovuto presentare un modulo di richiesta di stipendio che richiederà 6-9 mesi per l'elaborazione. Attualmente sono uno studente UT, il che significa che non ho il tempo o i soldi per intraprendere un'azione legale seria contro di loro. Non finire nella mia posizione, lavora per un posto che ti rispetti.

Non ho mai sperimentato una società più disorganizzata, mal gestita e redditizia di quella degli acquariofilia. Se i dipendenti vengono pagati, raramente è puntuale portare a bagnini sbadati che non hanno lealtà verso l'azienda o il loro dovere. Se decidi di firmare con questa azienda, assicurati di leggere TUTTE le scritte in piccolo. Gli istruttori di nuoto perdono lezioni, pratiche di manutenzione pericolose, attività illegali nello stato del Texas e il personale è inaffidabile. Oltre alla mancanza di una leadership decisiva, alla scarsa comunicazione e all'etica aziendale discutibile, è un'ottima idea per un'azienda.
