Non ho mai saputo che esistessero concessionari di auto come questo! Personale super cordiale e paziente che è disposto a fare il possibile per soddisfare il cliente. non per niente invadente. In passato ho avuto a che fare con parecchi rivenditori e non ho mai avuto una buona esperienza. Tuttavia, lasciano i veicoli in un lotto non custodito, con le porte sbloccate. Abbiamo chiesto al personale di servizio se c'era la possibilità che i nostri oggetti mancanti fossero stati rimossi e messi fuori posto o se il veicolo fosse stato esposto a un ladro; a cui abbiamo ricevuto scortesia e eccessiva sicurezza nella loro area sicura del parcheggio. Il personale di servizio assicura che non ci sono stati oggetti presi o autorizzati ad essere rubati mentre erano sotto la loro cura; fine della storia. Ok, quindi restituisco il mio veicolo lì la prossima volta che ho bisogno di assistenza (guasto alla pompa dell'acqua) e compenso rimuovendo tutti gli oggetti di valore dal veicolo. Pensi che ora abbia il sopravvento? Non proprio. Preformano il servizio; sono anche gentile a fornire gratuitamente un'auto solitaria per me. La riparazione è terminata e indovina un po ', il veicolo si trova all'esterno nel parcheggio non recintato sbloccato. Il veicolo è stato portato a casa e ora non ha l'aria condizionata funzionante. Il cablaggio per l'unità CA era stato ovviamente manomesso. Ho intenzione di tornare al reparto di assistenza LRM per ottenere una spiegazione ragionevole sul motivo per cui il compressore / l'attrezzatura CA è stato manomesso. Spero che questo non sia il loro metodo per procurarsi il futuro lavoro di servizio; manomettere vari componenti del tuo veicolo che sono completamente irrilevanti per i componenti che hai portato loro per la riparazione / assistenza.
