È stato fantastico, ma quando segui ti dicono di NO, perché l'istruttore non vuole. Non offrono neanche un istruttore diverso, quindi paghi per un corso ma non ottieni un certificato?

Stai LONTANO LONTANO LONTANO da questa azienda. Learnsoft non è un valido centro di test per le certificazioni ma mentono al riguardo.
Un paio di mesi fa ho programmato il test COMPTia CASP tramite Pearson Vue per sostenere il test il 20 NOV 2015 alle 12:30 a Learnsoft.
Sono arrivato con 15 minuti di anticipo solo per avere una signora miagolante che mi ha detto che non hanno un sorvegliante autorizzato. Quindi ho chiesto perché non ero stato informato. La sua risposta miagolosa è stata che Pearson fa i test, Pearson fa il test e noi li abbiamo informati.
Beh, si scopre che ha mentito riguardo alla notifica a Pearson.
Dopo aver chiamato Pearson, ho ricevuto una risposta intorno alle 13:45. Dopo aver discusso la situazione, il ragazzo ha detto di essere stato appena informato che Learnsoft non ha un supervisore. Ovviamente sono stati appena informati dopo che ho fatto saltare in aria la mia signora miagolante e l'ho minacciata di una causa legale.
Mi chiedo quanti soldi hanno intascato accettando i test e poi allontanando le persone con bugie sfacciate.
Comunque, Pearson Vue ha rimborsato i miei soldi, ma per favore, STAI LONTANO da Learnsoft Technology Group !!!

Mi hanno fatto sentire il benvenuto, sono stati attenti ai miei bisogni, hanno saputo cosa stavano facendo, non ho dovuto aspettare, lo dirò ai miei amici.

Finora ho fatto 2 test e ogni volta è stata una buona esperienza. Il centro di test era tranquillo, il personale cordiale e il centro di test era molto pulito. I miei test erano esami di SM, quindi non posso confermare o negare le affermazioni dei precedenti revisori. Se sei preoccupato, chiamerei per verificare l'esame e fissare un giorno o due dopo che è stato fatto. Nel complesso ho avuto una buona esperienza.
